Repurposed vintage denim jacket with Matthew Allen's "Sunset Smile" artwork printed on a hand cut vintage fabric patch. The artwork was printed using a hand carved linoleum block. The cotton fabric patch was cut from a vintage bag. Matthew harkened back to his days as a clothing designer and printed up a series of jackets for the 2019 Inspiration LA vintage clothing show. Also a former Surfer Magazine Art Director, much of Matthew's fine art and photography revolves around beach and surf culture. He spends his days shooting photos and making art as well as creating illustrations for clients such as UNIQLO, Ford Motor Company, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Ron Herman, Champion, Vans, Bon Appetit, Food and Wine, and the Anaheim Ducks. Most of his other waking hours are spent surfing and making music.
